The start of September saw the closing of The Art of the Brick – DC Marvel Lego Exhibition and the FCC events team were straight on getting the exhibition packed up and on its way to Rome ready for its next install. We provided a 20 strong crew including 3.5 tonne telehandler drivers, all terrain straight mast drivers and IPAF 3a and 3b operators. The exhibition consisted of over 200 pieces of art, with the art packed away the crew began removing all internal structures and systems before dismantling a 60 x 30 meter clear span marquee.

First Call Crew also made their west-end debut this month playing major roles in the fit-up of The Toxic Avenger for Flying Entertainment and also the fit-up for Oslo a National Theatre and Ambassador Theatre Group co-production.

Our team have also been busy installing Underbelly Productions’ latest theatre project at the Marble Arch site, providing production carpenters and crew for the 3 week build of 5 Guys Named Moe. This was an exciting job for us to use our experience of first class theatre, outdoor events and temporary installations.
